Taxes, Duties, Customs and Fees
GreatPlate is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Taxes for your order will be calculated and displayed in the checkout cart and will vary depending on the tax jurisdiction of the applicable state.
We are not liable for any products lost or damaged during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier. Please ensure to save all packaging materials and damaged materials before filing your claim. We currently do not offer shipment to countries outside of the United States. You may want to try our Amazon Store. It does provide fulfillment orders to some countries outside the United States.

Returns are allowed within 30 days of purchase. Simply fill out the form below and request a Return Authorization. There is no fee to return your product.
